Kory is such a joy, she's loving, smart, well mannered. She also has a wonderful sense of humor and a ready smile for "her people". Our lives have been enriched by sharing them with her - we are fortunate to have her as part of our family.
She is the self-proclaimed Queen of the household, and is treated as such.
Kory is retired from breeding.
Kory was taken for patellar testing @ the age of 6 years (and was pregnant at the time), and although she had previously checked out fine, this time she was diagnosed with a grade 1 luxation. This being bad news, of course I got a second opinion with the same results. The vet said that could have been brought on by her constant activity/jumping in her pregnant condition. It doesn't seem to cause her any pain, & the Vet says that there's nothing to do about it at this point but she may benefit from a joint supplement as she ages.

Hershey has a wonderful and endearing personality. She can be the perfect "lap" dog, and also gets great pleasure out of treeing squirrels in the back yard. All I have to do is ask her if she hears a squirrel & she's out the doggie door like a bullet :)
Hershey's nickname is "Hershey-Wiggle-Butt" because she wags her whole body & smiles when she's happy to see her people. We call her "Candy Bar" when we're talking about her & we don't want her to know .... but don't tell her :)

Macy thinks she's a Princess. When I get out a show lead her Royal Highness starts to prance, she walks away a few steps twisting her whole body & looking over her back ... then she starts to jump & dance :)
When she wants me to talk to her she gets into my lap & puts her paw up to my mouth.
Macy got her champion title 7-12-2003 at her third show :)

Lissa got those remaining points for her Champion title at her second show 10-1-05 at Perry Ga.
She's an animated little character that keeps the older ones busy with her boundless energy & antics. Loves to cuddle, and presents herself for "pick-up" when she's decided it's time for a hug. |

Beautiful girl from RPK Kennels with a beautiful temperament to match. She's intelligent & has a high prey drive. If the pack gets after a rat, she's usually the one that gets it first simply because she's fast as lightening and has longer legs than Hershey, who is usually the one that finds and flushes it out.
Madison loves her "one-on-one" time, that's when she'll give you a huge smile of appreciation :)
