Vietnam (May 2007)Pictures from Barbara Lund's trip to Vietnam in May of 2007.
These photos are from a visit to the Phuc Thuan village of Northeast Vietnam. The ELCA is the sole donor of this particular project (through Church World Service) in Phuc Thuan that repairs and constructs kindergarten and primary schools, trains teachers, and constructs community water systems.
Upon completion, it is estimated that a total of 10,000 people and 1,500 teachers and students will benefit from the project. |
