Brazil (December 5-15, 2003)| Paula and I went to Brazil for the wedding of her brother Junior and Keila in Santo Antonia da Platina, a small town in Parana state, southwest of Sao Paulo. We also visited Iguassu falls and spent a couple of days in the Argentinian rainforest. |

UK with Paula (August 3-10, 2003)| I spent a week in England with Paula, touring around and visiting family and friends. It was Paula's first trip to England, and we did a lot of sight-seeing including quite a few places I had never been to before! |

Hickenlooper for mayor (June 3, 2003)| My neighbor John Hickenlooper, who founded the Wynkoop brewing company downstairs, was elected as the new mayor of Denver. I did some work for his campaign, Paula and I went to a fund raiser at his loft, and we went to the victory party at City Park followed by drinks at the Wynkoop. |
