Pic of the only 3 original "DUDS" or "BUCKS", or whatever the name they gave them for the vacuum forming process.  I got the one in the front (#2) They are not quite ready for the vac-forming process, unless you do it in pieces... and still some pieces needs to be done in resin due to the awkward shape of it... or as is.

Lineup of (most of) the main parts together, the way they should look like... imagine all those in BLACK. (wink-wink)

Started working on the N-Filter; at first thought into making it part of the vac-formed casting, but it will look better as a resin-casting instead, due to the little hole indentations and the "soldered" detail on the edge... but this will be decided later as I work on it.

Added details at the bottom of the booster cylinder, using washers and covering the holes with clay to have them flat.

Silicone rubber applied covering the whole prototype.  It took a whole GALLON KIT to make it happen.

Start of the "CLIPPARD VALVES".  I had to come up with some ideas, and I had the items right on my face: 1/2 inch PVC pipe, 1/4 inch MDF board scraps, some small screws (not pictured) and two HEX screws (don't know the size).

Hey Robert,

I love these packs! Any chance you might make kits for sale? I would be interested in one possibly 3 depending on the price.
