San Francisco & Oregon 2004
Trip to San Francisco and Portland, Oregon.

In San Francisco I attempted to capture some of the unique features of San Francisco living.  Featured are high density residence areas in the Marina district, upscale residences near the bay across from Palace of The Arts, and the larger and elegant homes in the beautiful view area of Pacific Heights.

There are a few images of typical tourist spots (cable cars, Fisherman's Wharf, Alcatraz, Golden Gate Bridge), and finally the famous old Army base, The Presidio.

The remainder of our trip to Portland for reunion of Charlie Co., 1st Marines provided the opportunity to take random shots in the areas visited plus several scenes in and around Shasta, California.

I don't know of any other city in the USA where one may hang onto the outside of moving public transportation.

We picked this home as our choice for a second home in San Francisco.  I don't even want to know the cost.
