Wayne turns 40...Party (6 28 2008)Surprise Birthday Party that Jeanette had for Wayne. His Birthday was on the 25th, but a Saturday worked best for having the party. And he was truly surprised.
My photo of him coming in the door is a bit blurred, but it shows how he was introduced to the party by Jeanette and Hannah.
Some people were a bit concerned that Wayne would be upset, but he seemed very pleased. |

7 X 7 Wedding Album (August 28, 1960)Reproduction of Wedding Album from photos rescued from an album that was literally falling apart. When we discovered this, we decided to rescue and document the names of the people featured in each photo; and place in a safe place.
Later, we made an album for each of the 5 now adult child from this union. These were given as Christmas Presents a couple of years ago. Ever since that time, my husband has wanted a copy of some sort as a demo to show people and emphasize the safety factor of professional albums and the need to document names of people in these albums. If we had not done this, it could have been that these pictures would mean very little to the following generations.
This particular album will someday go to one of the grandchildren. For the time being, my husband wants it to be kept in our possession. |
