Buckles Rat Terriers - PUPPIES ARE HERE (August 5, 2008)| We have miniature and toy type A rat terriers. Our dogs are registered with UKC. They live in the house with us. The puppies are born and raised in the house and handled by me and the grandkids. Rat terriers are very loving little dogs. Their favorite thing is to cuddle up on a warm lap. They are good with the kids they know and love. They get along well with cats if the cats don't hate dogs. They have short silky hair that is easy to vacuum up. They are a good watch dog. If a stranger comes to the door or if some thing is not right to them they will sound the alarm. If you live on a farm they will be one of your best helpers. They are suited for apartment life as well. They are smart and easy to train. I enjoy teaching Houston tricks and he loves doing them. They love to play fetch. |
