An 1800 square foot house heated by two Laing EPR-6 heaters.  The basement is two zones slab heat.  The EPR is set to supply approximately 100 degree water.  The slab is zoned by actuators installed on the manifold.

The upper level is heated by an EPR-6 with staple up under floor radiant heat.  The temperature is set to supply 130 degree water on the EPR unit.  Two Honeywell zone valves control the heat supplied to the upstairs.

The upper EPR is pumping 8 loops of staple up with its self contained pump.  The unit is set to fire each of the three heating elements as needed to supply the correct temperature water.

Note the remote mounted expansion tanks.  The EPR units only require the expansion tank and a fill valve, everything else is built in to the unit.

This is an EPR-6 SD-02.  It is a 6 KW heater in a metal case with a two loop manifold and expansion tank.  All you need to do is attach the tubing, fill the system, connect your thermostat, run power to the unit and it is ready to work.  These can come in sizes up to 15 KW and as many as 12 loop manifolds.

The minimum depth of wall would be 4 1/2 inches to accept the cabinet.
