Stopping at Chester Bowl, where you see the ski jumps and a small local ski area. c. Stopping at Hawk Ridge, where the bird watching activities are in full swing for the fall bird migration. d. Many great views of Duluth and Lake Superior. This ride followed the Skyline Parkway across Duluth, starting at the Thompson Hill Visitors Information Center and ending at Hawk Ridge, where we turned around for the return trip.
