CARAL

Caral, The Sacred city

Caral has changed the history Peru by showing that in the central andes there was a civilization as ancient as egypcians, China or mesopotamia. They were basically farmers settled along the lower Supe valley , some 17miles away from the pacific ocean.

Caral was discovered in 1994 and is now open as a prime archaeological destination and treasure for tourists visiting Lima,
