BLACK ICE
These images were taken some 15 years ago on the Cordillera Blanca mountain range, today, they look totally different due to the global warming, glaciers have receded dramatically changing the landscape and affecting the availability of fresh water for irrigation and domestic use, mountain recreation, animals and plants that depend on glacier-melt.
