1 Heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeere's Johnny!
2 Johnny is an extremely well-behaved 3-year old.
3 He weighs about 15 lbs.
4 He is a handsome fellow with a very sweet personality.
5 When he meets someone new, he may be initially a little tentative. But he has been meeting a LOT of new people recently, and it is taking him less and less time to warm up. Now he is often ready to be friends almost immediately, but sometimes it might take him a few minutes.
6 And as soon as he gets used to you, he will start coming up to you for attention.
7 And once he decides you are okay, he would LOVE to be in your lap.
8 And even give you sweet, gentle kisses!
9 He has a full tail...
10 ...but that is often hard to tell because he wags it so fast!

12 On his first day in fostercare he shows his appreciation for mealtime.
13 He is reliably house trained and he has learned to use a doggie door.
14 Outside in the yard he is generally very quiet, although occasionally he will bark at the little dog who lives in the yard behind us.
15 Meeting his foster brother Sage for the first time.
16 Johnny was VERY happy when his new foster sister Sassafrass arrived, because she loves to play, and the two of them immediately became best friends.
17 Johnny gets along great with other dogs, but is really more interested in spending time with people.
18 He is very huggable!
19 Innocent couch time.
20 "You can't resist me, can you?"
21 "I knew you couldn't!"
22 Love you, foster daddy!
23 Outside he is alert and curious but pretty reserved. He watches and listens but doesn't caper around too much.
24 Indoors he is generally very quiet and reserved. He will settle in somewhere while you are busy and is not a pest about trying to get attention.
25 But when you are ready to interact with him, he is totally in the game!
