To all participants on the 1st Annual Mustang Lovers' Cruise:
Joe and I hope that you all had a safe journey home and have many great memories of the week we all shared at sea on the Carnival Valor.
We have tried our best - between all the events - to get photos of each and every one of you in some form or another, but if we missed you, please accept our apologies.
If you have any photos of your own that you would like to share, please send them (at the highest resolution possible with caption information) to us at richt@automotivetraveler.com and we will add them to the album at the next update.
To download and save a particular photo click on any one of the thumbnails below. After it opens in your browser window, right-click on the image then select "save as" to save the image to your hard drive. Use the back button on your browser to go back to select another image to save, repeating the process.
The host imageevent.com, will allow you to order direct from them, photos and/or an image DVD. We have nothing to do with that offer, thus are not responsible for the quality or delivery of photos and/or DVDs.
Please feel free to use the album's guestbook function to leave and comments or contact information you would like so that you can remain in contact with the friends you made on the cruise. If you would like to add captions to any photos, I've enabled that function for guest so feel free to add your comments. (Actually we would like everyone who drops in to leave a note in the guestbook so we know who has been in to the album to take a look.)
These photos are for your personal enjoyment and to print out and share among your friends. If any of you would like to reproduce them in your club publications that is fine but we would ask you to include some form of photo credit. We suggest using "(c) 2008 Catchawave Productions @ catchawaveproductions.com" as a photo credit. Thank you.
The second entry in the album is a survey that we would like you to fill out, which will be invaluable in our planning process for the 2009 edition of the cruise. It is a Word document and if you click on the thumbnail, a new screen will appear. On that screen, please click on the link that says “Open this Microsoft Word Document (38KB)” and the survey will open in a new browser window. Please complete the survey and return it to us at richt@automotivetraveler.com. If you have any difficulty in downloading the survey, or any questions completing it, contact us at rich@automotivetraveler.com and we will address any issues. Thank you.
For those of you interested in participating in the upcoming Woodward Dream Cruise/Route 66 Adventure you will find below two PDFs. The first is a story that appeared in Automotive Traveler (automotivetraveler.com) of coverage of the 2007 Woodward Dream Cruise. The second is a feature that appeared in Motor Trend Classic on four muscle cars that toured Route 66 in 2006. Combined together, they will give you an idea of what we have planned for our upcoming Woodward/Route 66 project. Watch the Catchawave Productions web site (catchawaveproductions.com) for additional details on this and our 2nd Annual Mustang Lovers' Cruise, details of which will be E-mailed to you as soon as the itinerary is finalized.
Again, thank you again for participating in the 1st Annual Mustang Lovers' Cruise and we look forward to seeing you again at one of our future events.
Sincerely,
Joe Babiasz Rich Truesdell Catch A Wave Productions

Had a great time at the 2008 Mustang Cruise --- WE ARE VERY DISAPPOINTED to find out the 2009 is cancelled! - Gwen & Phil Russell, Thu, 28 Aug 2008 9:28AM
Thank you all for the wonderful comments. Joe is hard at work on next year's cruise. He's already had two meetings with our travel partner. But we need your responses to the survey; it's so important that we get your feedback before we decide on the itinerary and cruise line, which will impact the price. Thus far, from the responses we've received back, price doesn't seem to be an issue (so long as the increase isn't excessive) but it would be great if we had a larger sampling of opinion before we lock down the particulars for next year's cruise. Feel free to give your friends in the Mustang community this URL so they can see what a good time was had by all. The direct URL is imageevent.com/automotivetraveler/mustangloverscruise. Don't be shy about posting it in your favorite Mustang forums and user groups! - Rich Truesdell | www.automotivetraveler.com/magazine, Sat, 23 Feb 2008 11:02AM
Enjoyed the cruise except for the Market America people. - George Stegner, Sat, 23 Feb 2008 6:00AM
Beautiful pictures! Had an awesome time on the cruise. I met a lot of great people. Good start to this event. I'm sure they are only going to get better!
I enjoyed the cruise, the seminars and socials. Already hoping will be able to go on next years cruise. Now have Mustang friends in other states. Alex Alexander from the Savannah Mustang Club, Savannah, GA. - Edgar "Alex" Alexander, Fri, 22 Feb 2008 10:19PM
Rich--Hey, It's great to see all the pictures. We sure enjoyed the cruise and are hoping to join the Route 66 trip. Once we get settled back down at home, we'll see what can be done to get involved. Let's do it all again. - Lanson Becker, Fri, 22 Feb 2008 5:59PM
