The Wild Ride is a non-sanctioned rodeo event where the riders dress up in crazy costumes and ride bucking broncs for eight seconds. Points are awarded for the best ride AND craziest costume. Eight of the top PRCA contestants compete for the bragging rights (and the prize which is usually a new saddle and a cash pot). A Rodeo Run is a slang term coined by Daddy Anthony describing a trip that would be quick on the turnaround. Many dogs shows and agility trials are done in this manner! |
