Extender was cut to match Brainbox 700 bag. Rubber edge trim came with Brainbox

.049" 6061-T6 extension. Just the right flex/stiffness. Plate + hardware 5 oz. Could drill some holes to lighten or shave a few oz. with carbon.

Too scratchy to use bare. Covered with Microfiber car wash cloth.

I sewed nylon tape along edges and connected with black 3/8" elastic.

Comfortable but not cushy.  Next time I'll make the head rest movable with Velcro since I have to move the entire seat pad back and forth to adjust it.

Top 2" was cut off of original pad and 2, 3" thick blocks were glued on and carved with a very sharp paring knife

Amazing Goop Marine Shoe Goo works just as well but lacks UV inhibitors

Note the seat hole reinforcing plates bonded to the seat bed.  This is an old picture. I'm using the inner set of holes in the plates due to the low angle.

Seat cup filler carved from 3/4" high density PE foam. Helps rider change his position and avoid hamstring contact with the front edge of seat.
