![]() 1982 - Moyes Mega II, just before I sold it. This was my last hang glider. I had converted it to double surface at one point and it flew much better than stock. I had many wonderful flights along the Lake Michigan sand dunes from 1980 through 1982. "Where, while flying one day close to the dune peak, you collided with me. I was flying my R/C glider, working toward my 8-hour "Level V" achievement flight, and you knocked me over and bent my antenna double. Years later we discovered each other. Weird! It's been a pleasure." --Stan Watson, 12/22/05 "That was Larry Mansberger who splattered your Pegasus. We still met and later became lifelong friends." --Jonathan D, 04/08/08 | |
