Prairie King Snake- took me awhile to figure out who he was- his markings look like a rattle snake but he is a rat eater This guy was sliding across my driveway. I usually see a couple of these snakes per year- on my 15 acres of indigenous prairie grass and a few skins shed around. He wasn’t as big as last years photo catch- in the prairie grass photos. Say about- 3-4 ft long. Last year- the guy I captured was more around 6ft long. Just so everyone knows I keep track of changes on my land- and a head count of the living creatures on my land. I see too many changes= NOT FOR THE GOOD! ewww snakes! reuploaded (I keep many of my writings and pictures in hiding and re- upload them and add to them to see how trends are going.)
