Monthly Rate: $400.00/22-31 days=1 month
$350.00/15-21 =3 weeks

When your dogs stays the price includes:
Your dog will stay IN our home.
Have personal interaction with us watching TV and hanging out on the couch.
Two meals a day (food must be provided by owner)
Minimum Twice a day turn out in the play yard for 10-20 Minutes.
(will be more turn out time, if the weather is permitting )
Weekday stays your dog will be crated while we are doing our normal day jobs.
Weekend stays your dog will enjoy the outdoors and enjoy our normal Sat and Sun activities in our home.
Your dog will not spend time in a cold impersonal Kennel run with many other barking sad dogs.
Rat terriers do NOT do well in Kennel environments
and staying in a kennel often can cause irreparable damage to their psyche.
Space is limited so please make your reservations well in advance!
Private Special time: Exercise/walking on leash/playtime $10.00
$3/day fee will be applied if the owner doesnt bring food.

Note: Non-Neutered Males/Females will be charged xtra $10 per day.
Your dog must be able to get along with other dogs, and be up to date on all shots and wormings.
Your dog must be crate trained.
Proof of Rabies and Vaccinations needed.

- An Evaluation day (day care) is required prior to the first boarding stay. We will give you our honest opinion of how your dog fared overall, whether we saw signs of stress, aggression or other potentially problematic behaviors, and will let you know whether or not 3bear is a good fit for your dog. (This is only for the first initial visit, dogs that have been her prior for boarding need not do this again)
- All dogs over the age of six months must be spayed or neutered or incur extra fees.
- All dogs must have current vaccination records on file with us. This includes Rabies within three years, DHPP 3 puppy shots, 1 year booster and then at 3 years a booster and Bordatella, annually(to prevent Kennel Cough)*. Have your vet mail the records directly to us prior to boarding. . If your veterinarian's recommendation for vaccinations differ from our requirements, please follow your vet's advice, and send a note from the vet stating any changes.
- All dogs must wear a nylon or leather collar with a nametag and a current rabies tag already attached. No choke chains, shock collars, or pinch collars are allowed in the kennel as they present a hazard to dogs while in playgroup (and we don't like them). If you have one of these, please talk to us about an alternative. Harnesses get caught on fences, and dogs like to use them as "handles," so please take them off on arrival. Please take your leash home with you.
All medication must come in a clearly marked container (preferably the original container-NO BAGGIES PLEASE). With the following information: Dog's Name~Name of Medication, strength, Vet's name and adress, phone # prescribing med. and the reason for the med~ Dosage per day or if needed (let us know at drop off what doses have already been given that day)
*Bordatella is a "special request" vaccination and therefore is NOT automatically given with other annual shots. If you are unsure, please ask your vet.
- LABEL EVERYTHING you bring for your dog with his/her name on it. We are not responsible for any items lost or destroyed. Please do not bring any towels. They get mixed up with our own and tend to get lost.
- When you arrive at 3bear, please pay attention to the signs on the fence. If you notice the signs saying "DO NOT APPROACH FENCE" please understand that these are posted to protect the dogs. Approaching a fenced yard-full of excited dogs can cause one or more of them to turn on a playmate for your attention. Please help us and them by respecting the signs and ensuring your children keep a safe distance as well.
- CANCELLATION POLICY - We require 48 hours notice for cancellation of non-holiday reservations and 72 hours notice of cancellation for holiday reservations. Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years reservations require seven days notice. The fee for canceling without proper notice is $50 or half the amount of the nights reserved, whichever is less.
- Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years and Easter reservations require a 75% non refundable deposit at the time the reservation is made.
