In this album you will find our rat puppies. Puppy pictures and puppies for sale are located here along with videos. You will also find our sales agreement and guarantee. All our puppies picked up here at the farm or delivered locally come to you with birth certificate, puppy companion kit, full registration, 4 generation pedigree, UTD wormings/ inoculations, health record, food sample, helpful tips brochures and lifetime rattie support. Puppies that must fly receive everything except the puppy companion kit. Our puppies are fed Nutro Ultra Puppy (that is NOT a recommendation, just a fact.) All our puppies are put through the "Super Dog" program.

Ratties for sale Before you send a deposit on a puppy I will send you a New Owner Questionnaire (you can read it, listed under Sales Agreement/Condition of Sale). This is only to TRY to help me place the right puppy in the right home. At the time of making your choice you will be required to send a non-refundable deposit of half the price of the puppy. If for some reason we are unable to sell you the puppy, your deposit will be refunded. I accept only USPS money orders, cash or paypal (add 4.9%). If we do not recieve your deposit within 7 business days the puppy will be put back up for sale to the public. The balance must be paid by USPS money order, cash or through paypal (add 4.9%). NO EXCEPTIONS. The puppy (and shipping if applicable) must be paid in full 10 days before leaving the farm or shipping. No puppy will leave our home before 8 weeks of age. If the puppy must be shipped we do not ship before 10 wks. We will send updated pictures of your puppy often via your email address. Your puppy will come with age appropriate wormings, inoculations, registration papers, birth certificate, 4 generation pedigree, helpful tips and a puppy companion kit (kit not included if flying). I do advocate crate training as your rattie should be secured in a crate when traveling, maybe for sleeping or sometime it's necessary for short periods while alone in the home. A crate, when used properly, is your dog's den. It should NEVER be used to discipline. Use it as a training tool and sanctuary. Puppies will have been introduced to the crate before leaving our farm. The pups have an open crate in thier puppy pen to learn the distinction between their den and play area so the pups can leave their den to eliminate. This makes house training much easier. We implement the Bio Sensor or Super Dog program at age 3-16 day. In addition to the Super Dog program and handling our pups daily from birth we add appropriate socialzation based on developemental stages. They are introduced to a variety of surfaces, toys, farm animals, cats, kids/people, other dogs and even short car rides. We can ship your puppy any where in the U.S. for $300. A second puppy can ship in the same crate for the same airline price. You only need to pay for the extra vet cost (approximately $25). If the puppy is to be picked up at the farm and not picked up on the specified date agreed upon you will be charged $2 a day boarding fee unless prior arrangements have been made with us.
Puppy prices range from $350-$500.

Rita and Rudi's Litter (December 30, 2006)Rita had 3 pups Oct 22, 09. One girl and two boys.
Rita and pups had their vet ck Oct 23.
Tails were docked and dew claws removed.
Oct 25 Rita's pups started their "Super Dog" program. It is 5 exercises for neulogical stimulation to make the pups a calmer, better adjusted adult. This exercise is done day 3-16 of the pups life.
Pups will be registered with UKC.
